What customers are saying about our eBook...

I just received a feedback from a new customer who just purchased our eBook. And it made my day! It truly summarizes the essence of our editorial effort, where pictures and practical tips complement each other into a nice usable guide. Thanks Peter for sharing your thoughts with us!

Paolo and Francesca:

I wanted to take the time to tell you how much I loved your e-book! After the very simple checkout process, I downloaded it, and after reading just a few pages online, I printed it and had it bound to take with me on my upcoming trip to Italy.

I have read no less than 10 of the big name "guide books" about Italy, and none of them had the detail and "hands on" usefulness of your e-book. Not even close. The practical advice you give is further enhanced with great pictures showing what you are talking about. The actual pictures of toll lanes and highway signs have already given me a comfort level about renting and driving a car in Italy, a task which many have said can be somewhat intimidating.

This e-book is a must read for anyone taking a trip to Italy, and for the price it is an unbeatable bargain! Easily the best money I have spent for my trip to Italy. I wish I had your e-book when I travelled to Rome in 2000 for my honeymoon. Please feel free to use my comments on your website so others can experience the comfort level that your e-book provides. Glad I found it!

Buone Feste!

How do you say Merry Christmas in Italian?
There are a couple of ways to convey your best wishes for the holidays in Italian. You can say Buon Natale which strictly means Merry Christmas, or Buon Anno which means Happy New Year. Or you can combine the two greetings together and say Buone Feste.
And this is what we, the staff at ItalyFromTheInside.com, want to wish you all: Buone Feste and thanks for supporting our efforts in sharing via this blog, podcasts, and eBook some insights on the fascinating Italian culture.

InItaly.com: Web site review

As a blogger about Italy and travel, I think it's important to highlight other useful online resources that may complement the information on our site.
I spent some time browsing through InItaly.com, and it's clear to me that this Web site exudes true passion for Italy. The staff at InItaly.com has been collecting more than 4000 pages of content over 13 years. Topics span from selected places to stay (which seems to be their core business), to things to do (practical planning tips) to recommended things to see.
I tested the depth of the suggested itineraries by reading what the editors said about my region, Friuli Venezia Giulia. I was impressed by the accuracy and breadth of relevant linked material, such as recipes, historical notes, events, facts and more.
While the site could benefit from a fresh redesign, I praise the huge effort of the staff to keep it up-to-date and to offer a wealth of free useful information to travelers.
